QT getting film on the inside

My first QT. I have dosed 2 rounds of Prazipro.

Was getting ready to do my second water change and add copper when I noticed the entire tank has a film on it on the inside.

Is this normal?

Looks bacterial to me.

Ok??? What do I need to do? All I have is a HOB filter running floss.

I have been feeding them reef frenzy and nori because they don't seem to eat pellets or the flake food.

I have had the fish for about 2 weeks. RODI water. Did a 35 to 40% water change when the seachem badge turned an off yellow color. Salinity is at 1.024. I have a yellow tang blue surgeonfish 2 gobies and a Royal gamma basslet

Scrape it off and let the filter in the hob catch it.
