So I have a 20 gallon long Qt and I started off with 1 pyramid butterfly fish and started treating him with cuppermaine and Praia. At the end of the 1st week I received a salt in tang as a reduce fish so I had to restart again for prazi and cuppermaine. It's been about a solid 3 weeks of keeping my cupermain levels at therapeutic levels. So I proceeded with prazi treatments about a total of 4 and I still notice flukes or Idk what it is but it's on my tang face leaving faded marks on his face and also it's on my butterfly lips , they look like white see through spots. Can anyone help please.

Picture would help. You can’t really see flukes with naked eyes. Your best bet is to perform a freshwater dip to rule out flukes.

If your copper is effective dosed it’s not ick and not marine velvet. Prazi would take care of flukes. If those spots are not moving on the Pyramid, lymphocytosis makes it higher on the list for me. Would you be able to post a picture? R2R has some really good people.

Sorry the pics aren't the greatest the like to move around a lot. But for the tang or seems like faded spots around his face and the butterfly has this see through white film on his lips.

That’s a lot of medication.
What exactly you treating for?
How’s your QT water?
How he/she eat?
Good mixed diet?

I was treating for ich and also what I thought where flukes that's why I also treated prazi. All my levels of water are fine. And as far as diet they have been eating my sis, rods reef food, spectrum pellets, high quality flakes with vitamins added as well. But yes any advise on how to treat what they have would be much appreciated since this is my 1st time qt.
