QT issues, worried for these fish

Not sure what’s going on with these fish, we’re fine a couple days ago now both are scratching won’t eat and swim like this, was doing copper but have switched to paragaurd and prazipro water is testing zeros and an air stone is in the tank

I don't know whats wrong with the fish, #fishmedic can help.

But the water looks stagnant, you can see the slick on the surface. Need to get a powerhead in there to move the water and help with gas exchange.

+1 on adding another airstone to the tank.

Paraguard simply doesn't work well in marine tanks. What copper product were you using and what was it testing at? What test kit were you using? How long were the fish in copper? All that carbonate sand at the bottom is going to try and suck the copper back out of the water.

I would keep the fish in full copper and go with Prazipro at the same time.

The cleaner wrasse has stringy feces, so that is a separate issue.....

Okay I can add another air stone

What do you think is the string feces? Parasites? I will get a test kit for copper and do the copper right I haven’t been able to test the copper that’s why I switched to something I don’t have to test

I would concentrate on the immediate problem which is not the string feces?

What is the immediate problem? Everyone is being vague besides add an air stone and go back to copper

IN other words - the most immediate likelihood to me is not stringy poop - its flukes (follow the recs) - and other parasites (follow the recs) already given. All of the previous issues are not going to resolve immediately.
