No meds in there currently just wondering if it matters with an potters?

Both are safe, but prazipro has other chemicals to help it dissolve better in water, so its not recommended to be added with some other medications, on other hand the general cure is in form of powder, its a bit hard to get it to dissolve but it will work with most known medications. On the plus side, general cure has metro, which is an antibiotic anti parasitic medication.
Make sure you have enough oxygen when adding any of both as they will deplete the oxygen
best of luck

Would a HOB filter for 50 gallons on a 10 gallon tank be enough oxygen? I will add coppersafe later so maybe general cure is the way to go?

Perhaps but IMO with oxygen more is better than less. Especially with what's going on with your Potters -- I'd get a small powerhead that breaks the surface for maximum O2

Can you please suggest one? Not sure on gph for that use. It's just a 10 gallon tank with a clown and a potters

A tiny powerhead, the least amount you can find should suffice.

After two doses of GC and 25% water change can I start copper right away or do I need to run charcoal for a couple of days?

I'd run carbon for 24 hrs first.

Once I remove the carbon can that be used again when I need to remove copper in hopefully 30 days?

Yes, just give it a good rinsing afterwards. Although carbon is not the best for removing copper. You'd be better off using a poly filter or media which specifically removes copper.
