I have 2 yellow tangs in QT for 3 weeks now. They came from Petco which means there is a good possibility they have ich. I treated with cupramine for a little over a week. And then they stop eating. I did a 50 percent water change and stop cupramine treatment. It took another week before they started to eat again. But looking at there gills, looked like they have rapid breathing. One had the head shake/jerk. So I treated for flukes with Prazipro for a week. They still have rapid breathing so I did 25 percent water change and treated a second time. My question is what happens after another week they still have rapidgin breathing? Do I treat again for flukes or treat for ich?

I would treat for ich. You can treat with copper power which is a gentler copper on the fish or CP which is also gentler on the fish. Then there's TTM which involves no meds at all. If you use copper treat for 30 consecutive days.

When you treated with the prazipro did you do your two doses and then do it again 5 days later?

I dosed once for 5 days. Then a water change and dosed again. One teaspoon per 20 gallons.

You should be flat-worm free then. So really by now you should have seen evidence of brook or velvet so your other big concern would be ich. You can treat with the copper you have or get Copper Power which is less harsh on the fish and shouldn't stop them from eating, or you can do TTM (tank transfer method) which is much faster but requires double the equipment.
