Currently I'm doing qt with blue tang small size, sixline wrasse, and yellow tail damsel
in my tank with cupramine. Since it's been 6 weeks I want to stop qt.

Do I still have to do prazi pro? or skip? they eat like pigs.
Also what does exactly prazi pro does? anyone can explain to me?

Prazi treats for parasites externally and partially internally, but far better to treat for internal parasites with GC and focus mixed into the food. You should treat for parasites as they can kill the fish almost as easily as ick, from what other very knowledgeable reefers who I trust r saying, parasites r a growing epidemic in the pet fish community.

Prazi = flukes. Copper won't treat flukes.

Omit it at your own risk but people advise it as flukes are one of the more common parasites (as I've been told).

Six weeks on cupramine is a fairly long time . Almost double what most people do. But if your fish are alive i guess its worth the precaution, just be careful becauses wrasses are sensitive to copper, although cupramine doesnt seem as harsh. As for the prazipro its to kill parasites (not including ich or velvet), parasites like flukes, i dose all tanks with it as it is invert safe but i only dose for about two weeks with the addition of new fish (the new fish gets prazi 2 weeks in qt and 2 in display). However you dont want to mix medications so dont run copper and prazi together.

I'd still run at least one cycle of prazi, and if fish are showing any signs of flukes (twitching, scratching...) then I'd run two.
its best not to mix medications but there were times where I had to mix prazi and copper and that was ok most of the time except for a couple of times where water quality went bad and I ahd to make water changes (not sure if it's because of mixing both or not) but many do mix both when needed without issues.
