QT Tank has Uronema. What is the Next Step?

I had one Chromis die from Uronema in my QT. What is the next step? There are 4 remaining Chromis that all appear healthy. From what I am reading a dip in Paraguard followed by moving to a clean tank is the best path forward. The clean tank will be treated with Metroplex. Is this the best path?

@Humblefish can you give me a little advice on how to make sure the remaining fish are clear of the Uronema? I can do tank transfers or whatever is necesssary.

I have thanks. I'm just not sure what to do since all 4 chromis remaining in QT were obviously exposed but not showing any symptoms.
