Need some suggestions on water circulation.

I currently have a 20 long tank for quarantine. Planning on using a Seachem Tidal HOB and debating if i need a powerhead or air stone for water movement. What are people's thoughts and suggestions. What flow rate power head would you suggest?

I would personally choose a small powerhead vs an air stone. Powerhead cresting the surface will give you the O2 exchange needed and not have the mess that air stones create in terms of salt creep. I use the smaller Jebao powerhead in my 13.5g QT, an inexpensive Hydor will do also IMO.

Appreciate this, i'm leading powerhead and i was looking at the Hydor Koralia, debating 240 vs 425 gph though. Do you have a recommendation of jebao size?

I am using the discontinued WP10 which was one of their smallest.
If going with the Koralia, the 240 is too weak, move up to the 425 minimum.
