I'm currently performing quarantine for my a 3.5 inch fowleri tang in a 10 gallon tank.

I do 25% water change every 2 days but the nitrate is consistent > 50ppm and is increasing day by day, if I will to miss a day I afraid the fish health will be affected.

I'm not able to do water change everyday due to my daily routine.

Anybody able to share some advise or solution to this problem?

Nitrate is the least toxic and the fish should be fine. Its ammonia you should watch. Fish can take nitrate at pretty high levels

What water are you using to change it? If it's not rodi, that could be part of your problem?
If not, just do a bigger water change when you can but make sure to adjust the meds as needed if treating.
