just setup my QT tank today. Can I go ahead and drip my fish to take out my DT to put in my QT tank to treat them for ich? Or how should I go about putting them in the tank and also do I add the medication first to the QT or do I add the fish first?

I often use DT water to fill the QT, so then, the fish can just be moved right over.
Your QT will need an active biofilter - do you have established filter media that you can move over from the DT, otherwise you will need bacteria in a bottle.
What medication will you be using to treat for ich?

I do have one but I just bought a new one to put in it and added sum seed artificial bacteria ut I can change it to my old one if need be. I also just pick up sum made saltwater from my fish store instead of tank display water. And I am using Cupramine.

O.k., Cupramine should be dosed at 0.50 ppm
Just monitor the ammonia level to ensure that it stays below 0.5 ppm

What test kits will you be monitoring copper and ammonia with. Jay mentioned the cupramine dosage at 0.5. Treat this level for a full 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.

I sadly have API but I will get something different tomorrow decide to put the fish in tomorrow. And what should I do if the ammonia get above .50 while treating for 30 days?

do a water change. Lets say the copper reading is at .477. Change water and add cupramine to new water at 4.85 and it will restore
