QT the display tank

So I'm sadly going to tear down my display tank and QT everything and treat with CP. But I do just want to confirm I'm doing the right treatment so I will attach some pictures. I thought I had some ich which was managed with lots of feeding and water changes but now I'm thinking there is velvet in there to ?

Also what treatment do I do with the display tank while its fallow ?
What treatment do I do with QT tank while

going for 80 days ?

Will have a QT tank set up from now on when getting new fish

Sorry about your troubles. That does look like velvet. I would dip all fish in FW just to rule out flukes and it will also provide some relief for velvet.

You would leave your display tank fallow and just wait for the parasites to die, no need for any treatment.
