QT update help

Question for everyone.
My fish have been in quarantine for roughly 60 days with copper at around .46-.49 ppm for the entire time. I still am noticing one white spot on my game angels tail. Do you think this is parasite related? I dint have a picture rn, but can post one when I get home.
I do have a small sand bed within a container in the tank for my wrasse, but that’s it.

60 days in copper is a long time. My guess is the spot on the tail is lympho. Which is viral and actually exacerbated by copper since it’s an immunosuppressant. A picture would be very helpful.
