So i finally saw the vids on the new Atlas and Helix. Loved them both. How do these connect to a 0-10v port on a Hydros? Might be a dumb question. I’m planning on going full blown Hydros on my new 235 in the coning months. I like the idea of just ramping the lights and not dealing with another app.

The helix bar will have a 0-10v cord … which, you would probably need the adapter from hydros 0-10v cord. That will allow you to connect to up to 0-10v devices.

I can't seem to find the video and am curious about these lights. Can you post the link for the video?

This thing is a beast! Looks like 2 over a 72x30x24 will be more than enough. Im not sure if i would need 2 helix for shadowing. Even adding 2 helix its still an extremely low cost lighting system.

At most I see one set input/output 0-10 connections on any of the hydros controllers. If these don't daisy chain the hydros portion is going to get outrageous.

The Hydros 0 to 10 V cable that plugs into that port splits into four different controllable items

I’m really interested in the helix for my new 240 build. I’m thinking 4 4’ bars to offset 6 noopsyche. I’m curious about using the 0-10 on my apex. How would one connect multiple 0-10 connectors to the apex?

Apex Pro has 4 channels of variable speed/dimming 0-10V ports. 2 ports actually 4 channels. They also have a VDM module which adds 4 independent 0-10V ports.

I've used the 0-10V ports with a custom LED array I was using and it worked well. Just not sure how Quanta is using it.

The Sosen driver seems to be standard 3 in 1 dimming . 10v = 100%
Will not dim to zero.. possibly.
I don't know the exact model hes using.
Does have a switch to change the current limit so as to "dim' it that way as well as the above.
Typical model..

In the video he says the Atlas is designed for a 4' cube. $499 for sps par over 4'x4'. That's freakin nuts!

I think the combo of The Atlas and The Helix (meso blue) will grow coral like crazy and at a fraction of the cost of the name brand fixtures.

I think I'm going with 2 Atlas over my new tank. I want to see how the shadowing is before I buy any helix.

I’m not concerned with shading, it’s a matter of blending the spectrums. Atlas is my 14k and the Helix is my actinics. It’s like what I do now, 14k Ushio’s to grow, meso blues to show.
