@aaron23 if the fish stops eating stop adding the meds (whether its copper or any other) I would remain at that level for 24 hours and if the fish still does not eat I would do a water change without adding copper to lower the level. I would try feeding at that concentration for a few days and if it starts eating I would resume adding copper and if doesn't start eating I would lower the copper levels again. But, someone like @melypr1985 (on vacation so may not reply) and @Humblefish would have more experience.

As far as turning the QT into a DT I would not use that water regardless of what the copper levels read. I would thoroughly clean with vinegar and bleach and allow ample dry time before trying to. But personally I would keep it as a QT/hospital tank.

Is it okay to do the full 3 medication treatment on all of the fish? As a precaution as well?

It is best NOT to mix medications, unless absolutely necessary.

Any questions for me before I begin seeding my ceramic? Anything I should be aware of?

Odds are the ceramic will absorb some of the copper, but if you are diligent with testing it should be manageable.

There is an one article some where demonstrating ich surviving every know treatment and procedure. Hypo is the one with the least of all the problems associated with the other treatments.

More recently, studies have demonstrated different salinity tolerances among strains of Cryptocaryon. Yambot (2003) described one Taiwanese outbreak occurring in sea bream Sparus sarba at a salinity of 5 g/L, and another outbreak in sea perch Lates calcarifer occurring at a salinity of 10 g/L. These two strains were successfully propagated in the laboratory at 7 and 10 g/L, respectively, and are well below previously documented preferred salinities.

I have a few of the ceramic balls in my QT (three maybe four, not many) and I would notice my copper levels would dip slightly every couple of days, could also be due to the small Tupperware of sand in there for my leopard wrasse as well. It never fell below 1.5, using Copper Safe. But obviously if you're using a lot more the results could be much different.

I would make the following adjustments:

1. Use Coppersafe/Copper Power or Chloroquine phosphate in lieu of Cupramine.
2. Use Kanaplex or Furan-2 in lieu of Maracyn Two; but only use if visible symptoms of infection are present.
3. Prazipro is fine, but I wouldn't use any of these medications in combination unless symptoms of multiple diseases are present.
