quarantine in 10 gallon

Is this okay I'm not really worried about overdosing meds.
But more worried about fish being mean or swim space.

i don't have convenient space for a 20+ gallon tank.

the most i want to quarantine at once

4 to 5 fairy and flasher wrasses

tomini tang and coral beauty

I can separately quarantine them but I'm doing it at one time because
I'm worried that they will fight in the display if they go in separately.

I think that would be pretty tight for all them fish and I would also worry about your bioload. Can your qt support all those fish?

sorry I wasn't clear it would be the wrasses then once I'm ready to add the tang and angel the wrasses won't be in there

Just be sure that you have a solid bio filter operational, use good aeration. Also, check your actual volume carefully- I just ran a 10 gallon quarantine and measured the actual volume and it was only 8.1 gallons.

Yep - just use a measuring device to fill it. Another option is to measure the water depth, inside width and inside length in inches, multiply them together and divide by 231. So - if as 10 gallon tank measures 9.5" wide, 19.5" long and the water depth will be 9" then: 11.5 x 19.5 x 9 / 231 = 8.73 gallons.

How did the 4-5 flashers do in a 10g QT?

I have 3 now and thinking about adding 2 more while I'm QTing. They're all under 2inches

so I ended up changing plans and not finishing the 75 gallon(big surprise ).
