Quarantine issues.....

So i finally got my first fish, it's a dragon sleeper goby. I have my qt tank set up, sponge filter, heater, pvc pipes, a small dish with sand. I was nervous when i got him, so i added prime to the tank. Now after rereading the really good article on here Brew12 wrote and the article on Advanced Aquarist about how to setup a qt tank, i need to get the prime removed from the tank. Will a simple carbon filter do? I'm picking up prazipro this week and already have a bottle of cooper power. I know i need to get the prime removed first. Then i plan on starting the treatments

A day or two running carbon and you should be fine. Prime only lasts a few days in a tank but running carbon would give you a little extra assurance that the fish will be safe.
