Quarantine tank mistake

recently I got a clown tang, occellaris clown,clarkii clownfish, and a damsel which are currently in my 20 gallon long quarantine tank. I have been using cupramine to quarantine them. I forgot that you aren’t supposed to use any ammonia detoxifiers with cupramine. And I have been using it a little bit
Ever sense I got them on Sunday because I wanted to be cautious that ammonia didn’t rise because that has happened to me without using copper. Are the fish going to die? What should I do?

I'd suggest doing a large water change and running some carbon. Remove the carbon before you start copper treatment again. Don't use detoxifying products during quarantine, just frequent water changes and be sure to pre-dose the new water to make sure your copper doesn't drop.

Is 4 gallons a big water change on a 20 gallon tank ? And how long should I leave the carbon in the tank and does carbon remove all copper ?

I only have around 5 gallons of water right now can I wait until tomorrow morning to do another water change or do I need to make more water now ?

When do I add more copper ? After a 75% water change and a day of carbon ?

Yes it’s at around 0.45

50% is what I consider big. Remember above 30%ish water changes to preheat your water.
