Quarantine, The age old question?!

My latest clownfish is in QT and I was planning on a 4 week QT but that's what I do with my freshwater fish resetting the counter each time the fish displays signs of disease

So I thought id ask what are your QT methods I'm not looking to start a debate or argument here people will have varying views on the topic so let's not discourage people and let's find out what the most common process is and if you have any horror stories please share them!
