Quarantine white spot

The fish been quarantine in full copper 2.0 ppm for almost 8 days don't see any white spot but I see them flicker I did freshwater dip them before but I didnt see anything.

What kind of fish? Do you have video? Have you treated with prazi?

Welcome to R2R. Sometimes the copper treatment will make the fish's skin itch a bit. Especially if the fish have had velvet or ich attached to the skin and it is trying to heal.
And as above mentioned the fish could have flukes bothering it. Copper will suppress flukes a bit, but it doesn't get rid of them.

I have a Yellow Tang,Clownfish,Royal Gramma,Redfin Flasher Wrasse and whip Fin Fairy Wrasse. The yellow tang don't eat vigorously anymore or just don't eat should I just cancel the copper treatment midway? and start with General cure or can I use Copper power and general cure together?

Copper often suppresses a fish's appetite. Adding General Cure can make it worse as many fish do not apparently like the "taste" of the metro in GC.
