When quarantining a new fish is it best to wait and observe the fish? Or treat water with medication as a precaution. I purchased a bottle of fourmiln 37 percent. Also prozipro. Any help would be appreciated

You want to let the fish settle in for around three days and then start a copper treatment. This is then followed by Prazipro. My full quarantine protocol is posted at the top of the fish disease forum here.
