I'll have corals in a 76 day quarantine against diseases - I thought this would be a good time to eliminate the pests on these corals, the main one being vermetid snails.
Apart from looking reguarly and destroying the ones i see, is there anything else I can do?
Cheers

You could try to lure them out with reef roids. However, I have not found an effective means of preventing them other than crushing them and just not buying any coral with them on it. I absolutely hate vermatids. Out of curiosity, how did you decide on 76 days?

Okay that's probably the answer i was expecting unfortunately. I have a lovely big mushroom colony but think I might just frag the heads and put nothing but the flesh into the DT. Have you been succesful in maintaining a vermetid-free reef tank?
The 76 days is from here https://humble.fish/community/index.php?threads/coral-invert-quarantine-time-frames.487/#post-24468, means absolutely no whitespot, velvet etc. comes in on the corals.

I have. I reset a tank because of vermatids. Essentially I am just extremely picky about my corals. I inspect them before buying, then I remove the plug and dip. I don't have a qt and will not buy any coral on some sort of rock of which it can't be removed.

Ah right, how about cuc with their shells? So you essentially never buy coral colones like zoas or shrooms?
I'm in the same boat and considering doing the same thing
