should I dose prazipro and copper or just wish for the best

I can’t really say with certainty. If you dose with prazi while the wrasse is buried, it may not be effective.
Staying the course is probably not wise because the fish seems to be getting worse.
I think you’ve ruled out an overdose of copper but you test kit does seem wonky.

Unfortunately, the wrasse has passed during my work. I'll get a Hanna checker next time. lesson learned
