What is the consensus. Do I need to quarantine my clean up crew. it is well over 125 animals(snails, crabs , etc). Most of which stay in the sand, so that would mean I would need sand in my quarantine....

some do, others don't. reefcleaners advises not to acclimate. personally, I don't see the need. I didn't and had no problems.

In a perfect world, everything alive should be quarantined; fish, corals, inverts, plants. Second best would be to add CUC to a fishless system (possibly even coral-less) and let that run for 6 weeks just in case there are any fish parasites/diseases hitching a ride.
