I have an order coming tomorrow, first live fish order in a while actually. I have my quarantine tank up with the specific gravity to match the shipping water. What is a good temp? I currently have the heater at 75.

I would match the display tank the stuff will go in after QT. The temp, gravity ect.
75 is fine, as that allows for more dissolved oxygen in the water. After you acclimate, I would slowly bring the temp up to 76-77. Be sure to double check the SG of the bag water. Some online sources don't seem to know what their SG is.
