In your opinion, what is a good size, filtration, and lighting for a coral and livestock quarantine tank? Thank you!

I'd say a 20-30 gallon tank would be a pretty good qt tank. Has plenty of room. For livestock any light will do. I just use a simple hob filter with a seeded sponge for the biological filtration.
