Hi, had to share this for those of you who aren’t as savvy as other fish keepers on medical needs of new fish. On a forum here I found Quarrentinefish.us. Unfortunately I had already ordered a Naso Tang from L.Aquaria. I received her yesterday, looked good but thin in QT 20 gallon, Chromis good and 2 clownfish DOA, and they were ORA. Today, Naso hid, then just died! Heartbreak as I get attached at first site! After thinking 2x’s in 2 months NO More Naso! Then I found the thread about buying fish already QT and healthy and shot an e-mail to Quarrentinefish.us about a Naso Tang and while I was checking his YouTube fish, he called! Went to voicemail, and it was a very nice gentleman named Michael inquiring about my fish!!!! Go To
His website and check out his protocols!!! He buys wholesale on order for your fish!!!
I told him I’d wait 8 weeks if it meant a healthy tang!!! He sounds wonderful and priced very reasonable, worth it because we all know what it’s like to lose a fish. I asked him if the Naso’s have been sick he got and he did say alot trickier than normal.
Well, I’ll post my Naso when he/she is ready, but I recommend giving him a shout

Michael is a great guy to deal with. I think I have about 10 fish from him, maybe more. There are others out there too. Google quarantined fish websites and see what comes up. Anyone who has qt'ed fish before realizes what a complex and labor intensive job it is. These guys earn their money.
