Please help my queen Angel seem to be dying. Is there anything I can do? His fins look like they are being eaten up and his eyes are foggy & flaky. He swims but refuses to eat. He is now in this corner.

Sounds like fluke and bacterial infection. What antibiotics do you have handy?

Hi, there may not be anything that can be done for this fish at this point, but more background information is needed. Things like; how long have you had the fish, how long has it had these symptoms, treatments you have tried so far, what other fish are in with it, etc. Here is a link that explains that:

As stated by Jay, fish may have cateract damage but pic is dark to fully tell what else is going on. Pics under white light helpful and is fish currently eating ?
Is breathing normal or labored?
Tank awefully clean- What is age of tank ?

Not so sure about the eyes but I've seen the fins get eaten up on one of my naked clownfish. Typically your local shop will have an antibacterial medication called melafix it's made by API. I've seen it work firsthand and grow the fins back on a fish that had no tail left whatsoever and he lived. Also, it will not harm corals or other fish so no need to transport it to a quarantine tank. Melafix is also commonly used to treat new fish introduced to the tank to lower the risk of disease.

Beautiful angelfish, by the way, I've always wanted to catch one and have one in my tank.

Good luck!
