Queen angelfish white spots

I am not sure what is it, I have this spot on her in the last 2 weeks.
I added cleaning shrimps and double dose PraziPro for 8 days but no change ( I thought I have parasites\worms). other tangs and Angelfish are look clean. no one is scratching or anything like that.
last time when I had parasites (about 2 years ago) the method of Dosing and the shrimps solved the problem.
Any tips?

Keep her well fed and the tank clean. If the fish I'd otherwise in good health she will fight it off. This has always been my method and worked well with Angels.

Ok, thank you! What do you recommend feeding the queen angel fish? I am feeding now Nori live red algae, mysis shrimp and brine shrimp.

Hikari Mega Marine angel, Rods, Larry's, Nori and soak the frozen food in selcon every few feedings.

I also use angel elixir for soak sometimes but unsure how much that helps.

I wonder if that is the start of Lymphocytis. The color seems correct and the odd grouping also. You can compare to pics in the thread below.
