So next year i'm getting a 55-75 gallon tank depending if i decide on a skeletor eel or golden dwarf anyways does anyone know the approx price to setup a 10-20 gallon tank for a coral only tank so i could collect some corals while i wait or would it not be worth the price tag to do this.

I'm not sure if Petco has the dollar per gallon sale going on but that's a cheap way to get into a 20. I picked up a brand new 36 gallon bow front on one the the for sale apps for 30.00
A simple hang on back filter, a Mars light and a heater, 5.00 TV stand to set it on from Good Will, I didnt need a fancy stand since it's in a fish room and not out for display. Manually dosing that little tank. You can pick up the stuff to build your frag rack at lowes or home depot. It can be done cheap if your creative, not in a big rush and waiting for a deal to pop up. It doesn't have to be an expensive venture, it could probably be done under a 100.00. The light was the most expensive item for mine and you can find used lights for relatively cheap.
