Question about ATI ICP test

Just got in my first ATI test in the mail. When going to ship it, the directions say to include a CN22 form for international shipping. I am from the US so i need to include this form. Do i just have to get this from my local USPS office? Thanks

Look at the return label that comes with it. Should be going to California. If you decide to buy your own label and ship directly to ATI then yes you need a customs form and yes it’s at the PO

Ok thanks that what I figured. I think I’d rather have my eyes gouged out with a spoon than spend more than 10 seconds at the post office so to california it goes
