Question about bird pf paradise

So i am using a AI 16 prime on my tank and have a green birdnest(left) and bird of paradise(right). For some reason i cant get any other color except green. Any ideas to help color. Everything growing nicely and quickly

Since the birdsnests are growing phosphate is likely ok.

The poor color might be due to low nitrate, or erratic nitrate. Should be 5-10.

Also, they are growing pretty weird, like getting too much directional current.

I did notice the growth is weird. Inhave 2 mp10 running crisscross from each other one on lagoon and the other in reef crest. Going to double check my nitrate levels. I do feed heavy

i see nothing wrong with the color of the corals in your pictures. they look fine.

Thank you. My only problem is that in the picture's online birds of paradise are a bluish green but to me it looks the same as my birdnest. Maybe its just the AI prime lighting and the other ones are more actinic 20k colors

light settings, tank parameters, nutrients, etc... can all affect the coloration.

also... most vendors will apply some post processing to bring out the colors in their coral pictures.

most likely, it will not look exactly like "that same coral in another tank"
