It looks like skeleton poking through the top. Is this normal

That is a bit of skeleton, but give it time, bet it heals itself and fluffs up nicely!

It’s not but could be stress from transport
Assure the following are provided:
Moderate light and water flow
Salinity 1.025
Ph. 8.1-8.3
Temperature. 77-79
Nitrate. < .4
Pho’s < .04
Ammonia. < .03
Alk 8-9
Mag 1300
Ca 440

After 1-2 feedings, it should fill

For a newly arrived bower it’s very normal. In a few days it’s should inflate more and the skeleton should be concealed inside the tissue.

Thank y’all. I’ll keep an eye on it. I did notice feed tentacles last night after lights out. Plan on feeding it tonight.
