Will Ciprofloxacin (Cipro) stay in the tank like copper? Should I clean up the QT tank and all equipment in the tank after treatment for anemone or fish? Thanks in advance.

Let's see if we can get you an answer:)

There are some wastewater studies. Its sorption rate is affected by ph lower ph faster the sorption. Degradation was not found to be an important factor in removal from treated water. Gac will remove cipro but not at rates fast enough for waste water treatment purposes. For our needs gac some water changes most likely would be sufficient as opposed to graphene that treatment plants use.

Cipro is approved for reef aquaria application? wow/I figured it would be limited rollout/clinical only to avoid bac adaptation/superbugs

No doubt it probably works but I figured anyone dispensing it required people patients

In a qt tank, I'd clean the surfaces when you are done, but it is not a high risk like copper (meaning that copper needs to be high for fish treatment, but lower levels kill corals, the same dichotomy isn't true for cipro (as far as I have heard).
