Hi everyone, hoping for some advice. My fish has been in therapeutic copper levels for 3 weeks. I came back from a weekend vacation and the copper level dropped beneath therapeutic levels, approximately 1.46.

should I restart the copper qt ? And if I restart copper treatment should I drop the copper for a period of time before restarting the copper treatment to give the fish a break?

Yes, I'd restart the copper treatment.
No need for a rest period. I'd just go ahead and ramp the copper back up to proper levels and reset the QT clock.

Why did the copper level drop? is there something in the tank that is absorbing the copper?
If so, I'd get rid of it so this doesn't happen again.

Like said, just get the copper back up. I’d advise going the full 30 days from that point.
Make sure it doesn’t drop again by knowing why I’d did in the first place. Is carbon being run? Any calcerous rock or sand?

Thanks everyone! I did add some rocks so the fish could feel for comfortable, I’m guessing that caused the drop.

No rocks in qt or like now you have to start over, and if you leave them you have to keep testing more often snd adding more copper. I like copper power because once you reach therapeutic levels your good and only have to add it to your fresh salt mix when doing water changes. But it only works that way if you have nothing to absorb it. Take the rock out and add some pvc pipe fittings.
