Question about diatoms during cycling

Is this diatoms on the rock already? Tank has been cycling less than a week. I used a bottle of fritzyme 9 plus Dr. Tim’s ammonia and added a couple shells from my existing tank to help seed it. Is it weird that there are diatoms before the initial dose of ammonia is completely gone?

Diatoms are slippery but dusty usually. That looks slimy.

Its dusty. And also all over the glass.
