Me too i like that setting and nutrient export before a water change.

I run various throughout my day schedule. Mine goes both between sync and anti sync also(controller profiles).

When I was running just the pumps alone, because I have sps dominated,I ran nutrient synced with a fast pulse.

From Note 2 on Tap 4

mostly reef crest but I change to nutrient export and wave mode from time to time. at night it's set to night mode at 50% power.

I run lagoon @90% all day everyday. I've seen a lo of people say that its also the easiest on the motor.

im pretty dumb but what color is the setting for lagoon, reef crest n other setting. i brought my used therefore it didnt come with the instruction

I use short pulse on my 20g because it allows me to run the mp10 close to 100% without blowing things all over. I get a 1.5" standing wave in the tank. It is really hard on the motor, but the dry side I have now is 3 years old (original from my blue box) and still no problems. I will probably upgrade to the new box since I have a Radion pro so I can run nutrient export and get to play with all the useless stuff.

thank for everyones input im run one mp60 in my 75gal .....on blue at about 75% and at night i go to 50% im mostly running zoas and acan and a few sps and thought there might be something that gets flow all over the tank instead of just straight out in front of the pump.......
