I have a bunch broken pieces of Tonga branch and was wondering if anyone has glued pieces together to make it look like a large complex multi branch piece or if it just ends up looking unnatural? I don't want to waste it but I also don't want it to stand out. Also what could I use to hold the pieces together? Thanks!

you mean like this??

Yeah something similar. I just have a lot of pieces that I thought I could put together to look like a complex multi branch rock. What type of adhesive can be used to get that look

Curious does it work on wet rock ? I didnt try

yeah, I wouldnt/didnt apply it in the tank, but it actually works/sticks to the rock better, if you give it a little mist/moisture before packing it on. I used a small spray bottle filled with the acryl60(provided in kit) mixed with H20.

i used the emarco400 cement. works great and holds like nothing else!

^this. I've tried to separate some rock that was cemented together and the rock broke before the cement did.

I find it adheres better when the rock is wet down a bit though I've never tried it with rock straight out of the tank. I'd image it would be fine though.

for sure!! the rock is actually quite fragile, given its porous nature.

I "think" this is what you're asking. If so, I used Aquamend epoxy. Hope this helps.
