My tank is about 4-5 months old. Im about to add fish just have inverts atm. I plan to add corals soon im just trying to get my parameters in check. All my other parameters look good aside from my calcium being above 500. It seems to hang between 500-550. Is this dangerous for my inhabitants. I think its die to me using redsea coral pro salt. I plan to switch to the blue bucket red sea salt. My alk is sitting at 9-10 dkh, ph is 7.8. Not sure what my magnesium is atm.
my main question is if having higher cal lvls be bad for my inverts, coralline algea, and corals?

Actually as you add corals it will help your calcium lower because the corals use it. You're elevated but not at a dangerous level. Make sure you're using clean RODI water for top off and mix. 0 TDS.

When I first started out I always had really high calcium too. I found it eventually stabilized once I had coral and coralline algae growing. It won't hurt anything for the time being.
