Quick question if anyone can let me know when they read this. I have an opportunity to get an older version of the non hd hydra 26 for 125 with controller. Is it worth it?

125 does sound like a good price. As long as its fully functional. I've seen them go for 150+ used

I heard that the Non-HD lights will not allow you to go over %100 for individual spectrums... The HD will.

Correct, the non hd you can only go up to 100%, the hd takes power from lower channels and allows you to channel that into another led to "over drive it"

Id go for the HD version- More money yes, but More light and spectrum = growth, health and color!

Thanks for the fast replies!! I decided to go with since I only have a 32 gallon AIO tank and for 125 I figured it’s worth a shot. I can always sell if I decide to just stick with AI Prime hd currently on tank
