In the process of moving all my fish to a quarantine tank and leaving my reefer 350 fallow for the 70 day period.

1. Do I continue with my scheduled weekly water changes or can I cut those in half?

2. Should I turn off the rowa and carbon reactors?

3. I currently feed reef roids once per week and red sea reef energy daily. Should I increase the coral feeding as there will be no fish in the tank?

Thank you

Simply put, water parameter testing will determine your course of action. Coral bio-load and photosynthesis will continue regardless, without saying. Test your water at least weekly and your tank will tell you what to do.

Thank you. I test weekly and my water has been super stable for 3 months. I am worried about my nitrates dropping significantly without fish though.

1. How big is the tank.
2. What did you take out (fish wise)
3. What is in the tank now (i.e. coral - etc - and how much).

I dont feed corals generally - but - I would say - feed whatever coral food you Currently feed - and dont feed the fish food. Don't worry - nothing will happen in 3 months. But - you can check the parameters if you like.

Reefer 350 75g display
fish that have been in the tank that will be coming out, medium yellow tang, small convict tang, coral beauty, royal grama, diamond goby, scooter blenny, 2 medium sized clowns 3 blue green chromis.

corals in the tank, 11 assorted sps (mostly frags) torch medium sized, large hammer, medium frogspawn, large elegance, 3 acans and about 5 assorted soft corals and zoas.

The water perimeters that are dialed in

sal. 1.025
nitrate 10ppm - 20ppm (depending on when I test after feeding reef roids or reef energy)
phos. .04
alk. 9.9-10.2
cal 460
mag 1350
temp 78.4

I am running Rowa floss in a reactor and reefspec carbon in a different reactor. I am also running a small refugium lighted from 8pm-8am.

Personally would keep doing what you're doing now (for the corals) - dont change anything. Watch your levels. Likely will be no problem.

When I feed my corals reef roids I do a broadcast feed once a week at half the recommended dose. (2/3 teaspoon) And I dose 4ml of reef energy a and 4ml of reef energy b every day. My plan was to cut down the lighting on the fuge to 7 hours and to turn off the rowa reactor after a week and then test no3 and no4 again to see where it is at. Also was going to cut the water changes down 50% during the fallow period.

Honestly have no clue about the rows reactor - I wouldn't necessarily change too many other things.
