Question about lid with mantis shrimp

Do you think a lid would be needed for a mantis shrimp? I dont like having lids on my aquarium and i dont think it would cause any issues but figured id ask

Thanks for the tag. I'm not sure if the mantis can get out or not. I find its better to error on the side of caution and put one on. If anything else help stop stuff from falling in the tank

Mantis shouldn’t be able to get out.
