I have a new 20 gallon high reef tank and what is the best blue and white intensity?
I have a current orbit marine led.

Is it the LED pro with the lenses? The first version has no lenses in the LED. You can very likely go to full intensity slowly on the non lens model. I have that fixture and it's been well documented here.
If it is the model with the lenses you need to consider aqua scape and height of rock and coral you have. A $15 dollar lux light meter from Amazon will help set the intensity.

I have the one without lenses (old version).
And the orbit pro are ***** expensive.

yea the old version was too. you can crank it up. see how it goes too and maybe think about upgrades. These ones dont seem to test well for par in deep tanks.
