So i was just thinking about my ph problem and i was thing maybe i dont have enough live rock in my tank my set up is 55 gallon penn play 1000 canister fliter heater aling with 10 lbs of livevrock if added more live rock will that help stablize the ph i also have 60lbs of live sand

What is the pH value?

Adding more rock will probably not be of any assistance. You can try adjusting flow to create more surface agitation.

Do you have values for Alk, Ca and Magnesium?

One simple way to raise ph, other than stated by Tahoe,is just to open a window! You'd be surprised what a little fresh air can do for your tank

All normals are great now after adding sea buffer to the tank its atill a new set up inly been up since 7/31

If the tank is that young I would not give the pH a second thought, the tank is probably still cycling.

:-)

Lfs said to put a damsel in tge rank to start the cycling process

Oh woops ive done it well with the ph all out of wack im sure it will die

My ph was low during my cycle too and I ordered marine buffer just to have it balance out on it's own. If your doing a fish in cycle I would say to throw in some tetra safe start plus to boost your bacteria and hopefully keep the fish alive. More rock would be a good idea. Usually 1 pound per gallon is a good rule of thumb. You could use dry rock also and use your live rock you have now to seed it.
