I'm trying to calibrate the pumps, and pump 1 and pump 2 differ by 6ml per minute. At the fastest speed, pump one has a flow rate of 32ml per minute, while pump two has a rate of 38ml per minute. Is that normal?

I'm pretty sure that's normal. When I calibrated at "fast" I was at 32 and 35.8 onthe two heads that I've calibrated so far. Granted it's not as big as your difference but a difference is normal IMO.

Slow speed is the most accurate speed for dosing. I would only use the fast speed for ATO use only. GHL recommends using the slow speed to calibrate the pump.

The lengthen and diameter of the tubes your using will effect the rate also.

Oh, well dang. I already have it dosing at the fast speed, getting it pretty dialed in to. Would you change it up and go to the slowest speed?
