Question About My Saltwater Mix?

I mixed up my saltwater mix 9 days ago for my next water change. Its been sitting in my garage with a powerhead running in it the whole time. I take the top off and this is what I see(pics below). My question is, is it safe to use this batch of water from what you see in the pics? Almost looks like a brown dust. Ill also add that this container had a top on it the entire time.

Some precipitate is normal for most mixes, and in some cases, like Reef Crystals, it can be brownish.

That would be it then. Im using Reef Crystals.
