This may be a dumb question but here we go.. For context i volunteer at a reptile store so i was looking at a wholesale list so idk if this is wholesale specific or not.. But some of the fish/inverts had S/W next to their name and i was wondering what this meant.. My first thought was saltwater but all of them were salt water and they didnt all say that.. Sorry if this question is dumb lol

Salt Water
Probably just how the inventory was setup.
Not that im doubting you or trying to seem aggresive or anything but are you sure? Because there were many fish and inverts such as clownfish and pistol shrimp that did not say that

Just a guess. Only people who would know would be the ones that setup the inventory system. But I’ve designed enough data systems to know that the one thing people are not is consistent with how they label / enter things.

This may be stretching a little but i have a guess that it means small/wild caught because none of the animals that say s/w have sizes and the others do
