Question about parameters and calcium reactor

I just setup a calcium reactor since I was having ALK/CALC issues and wanted to see if this all sounds right. I have slowly been bringing up my alk/calc and my parameters are:

ALK: 8.9
Calc: 420
Mag: 1380

The effluent coming from the reactor has the following:
ALK:15.4
Calc: 420

Everything seem about right? I am still dosing to get my calcium up to around 450 and ALK to 9.

Seems ok. I would get the Ca coming out a little higher if you want to maintain 450.

How do I raise the calcium output?

increase how much effluent comes out of the chamber.

Not to thread-jack here, but does anyone use magnesium flakes in their Ca Rx to also maintain mag levels?

I dose daily by pouring it in the sump.
