My question is has anyone plumb there chiller/reactor/skimmer from there overflows (basically removing powerhead/pumps ) and if so what issues did you run into and how do you keep flow control (i.e. I have a 150 gal dt that getting over 3000 gph pumped to it my return should be able 750 gph my chiller require and 750 my skimmer require )

Chillers usually req a min amount of flow for them to work most usually at least 400lph. Dont think you can get that from your overflow most usually manifold off their return pump to run accesories.

Keep try to post this but It never go thru so if it show up twice I sorry

If you pump X gph/lph to the dt then X gph/lph should be returning to the sump ....my question is not so much about if but how ....if anyone has done it how did they setup overflow and what issues did they run into
