I just made a DIY external refugium. Only issue I am having now are the tiny bubbles that it is causing to get into my tank. I made it specifically to grow microfauna like amphipods and copepods. My question is will they make into the main tank through a bubble trap?

Yes,mine make seem to live in the bubble trap sponge then survive through the return pump you should be fine

Hi, yes no problem they will make into the main tank as VB313 as mentioned above you will sometimes find them in unusual places, like filter sock/media filters and reactors.
