So my purple candelabra gorgonian had gone through a period of deterioration but it seems to be getting its tissue back now. I've been direct feeding it plankton every day which seems to be helping, but I was wondering for you people who have had these corals. Should I direct feed it twice or thrice a day to help boost its recovery? Would iodine dosing help? Or should I just keep doing what I've been doing and be patient?

Hello Joe Tony, we have a gorgonian and we may feed one-time per week. Do you have pictures? how is the water flow at the coral? I know ours does not like a lot of flow and sometimes will change color when our BIG clown messes with it.

My gorgonian is right in from to the powerhead and is enjoying the flow. So far it seems like feeding it once a day has been helping, but I guess in your experience I shouldn't feed more often than that. It's a 30-gallon tank. None of my critters--including crabs--really mess with any of my coral
